Fleur is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Social Impact Strategies. As principal consultant, Fleur leads the charge of developing and implementing proven strategic plans that tackle our clients' most complex social challenges.
Fleur serves as a key advocate and leader with numerous community and social justice organizations, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing civil and human rights initiatives. Her tenure as the President of the Central Delaware NAACP Branch and vice president of the state of Delaware naacp state conference of branches has been marked by significant contributions to policy reform, community organizing, and public education on critical issues such as voter rights, health and education equity, and economic empowerment. Fleur’s innovative approaches and unwavering commitment to social impact have earned recognition from numerous community partners including the Alpha Phi Alpha Sorority. Outspoken, ambitious, and unapologetic in her pursuit for meaningful change, Fleur remains a consistent fixture in her community working tirelessly to make a profound difference in the lives of others.

With over 20 years of combined experience in the business and education fields, spanning across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Fleur has dedicated her life to empowering communities and expanding capacity. A graduate of Wilmington University with two Master’s degrees (one in Organizational Leadership and the other in Healthcare Administration), fleur combines her strategic insight with her extensive real-world experience to successfully lead initiatives that foster transformative, sustainable development. She is also a certified life coach and holds a certification in diversity and inclusion, accredited by the international organization for standardization (iso).
